Unique architectural design, beautiful courtyard garden, high-quality bar snacks
There are serious design flaws with limited shower storage, insufficient power points, and cheap finishing touches!!! The location feels sketchy at night, impacting safety and overall appeal. Wi-Fi is horrendous too, making work impossible!!!

A cozy stay amidst quirky decor
The hotel's unique architectural design and charming decor tell a captivating story. I particularly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the on-site spa, perfect after a day of exploring Bordeaux.
However, the spa facilities are somewhat limited with only a sauna, steam room, and hydro pool. Also, accessing the nearby train station was slightly complicated due to some roadworks.

the design might look fun, but lacking space for towels? really? even a simple hook wouldve made a difference. plus, the concrete ceiling felt more like a prison than a hotel. and dont get me started on the missing upgrade for my room—i was practically begging for it. i could have given a good review, but just couldn’t.

The room was super spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I loved unwinding with a massage and spending time in the beautiful garden area during my stay. The only hitch was the occasional noise from nearby events, but it didn't ruin the overall experience. 😊

great stay with room for improvement
The service was outstanding, especially from Francis at the front desk, who provided excellent recommendations and support. Our room Z14 featured high ceilings and historical windows that significantly enhanced its charm, despite lacking a balcony. The hotel's location was exceptional, making it easy to access trams, shops, and restaurants. Plus, I enjoyed the lovely garden view during my stay, which added a serene atmosphere to my experience.
